Shipping + Return

SHIPMENTS:

Depending on the stock, some products will be send either from our factory in Turkey, or from our warehouse in Los Angeles. There won’t be any price change on shipment cost.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email nirvana@trealighting.com. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted on all products.  However, all returns/exchange must be postmarked within 15 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise.  Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must be included with your return. Please email nirvana@trealighting.com for returns.

Please allow 1 business day to receive return instructions and follow them carefully. All returns needs to be mailed back to our warehouse address provided in the instructions.

If you are expecting a return payment, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

 

TAXES/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS):

Trea Lighting cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and duties. In the event that you decide to refuse any shipments from Trea Lighting , you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Trea Lighting. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please be sure to package returns well.
